Enter the amount of the transaction.

Tap Enter.

Touch or insert the card into your Mini Card Reader.

Choose if you want to forward a receipt to your customer.

If you choose to send a receipt, select the way you want it to be sent, and enter your customer's contact information.

Press the three horizontal bars in the upper left corner to go to the device Menu.

Tap on Refund.

Touch or insert the card used for the transaction you want to cancel.

Tap on the payment you want to cancel.

Select Yes.
