Once you complete the set-up of your physical stores, follow the steps below in order to connect the card terminal to your account:

From desktop:

Step by step instructions:

  • Log-in to your Viva Wallet Business account

  • Choose, Sales, Physical Payments, Card Terminals and New Card Terminal*

  • Enter the POS ID in the required field and choose Next

  • Confirm the card terminal credentials, choose your preferred Payment Source (the physical store in which the card terminal is located) and proceed to the next step

The card terminal has been activated.

From mobile phone browser:

  • Log-in to your Viva Wallet Business account, from the menu, on the right side of your screen

  • Choose Sales, Physical Payments, Terminals and New Terminal*

  • Confirm your credentials, choose your preferred Payment Source and proceed to the next step

The card terminal has been activated.

*In the POS ID section, fill in only the serial number digits of your terminal. You can find the serial number- which starts with the letters SN, on the backside of your terminal. The serial number consists of 8 digits and it is unique for every device.
