In case your card is stolen or lost, please:

  1. Login to your Viva Wallet account

  2. Click the Lock card button under the card

  3. Contact us via the live chat 24/7 or via phone +44 20 37347770 to cancel it

In case you do not have access to your Viva Wallet account, please contact us immediately via phone +44 20 37347770 to cancel it.
