Creating a Viva Wallet business account is a quick and easy process that doesn’t take long. Just follow the steps below:

Visit the Viva Wallet home page and click on the Create an Account button:

  1. Enter your country of residence and click on the Continue button.
  2. Enter your email address and click on the Continue button.
  3. Enter your first name, last name and date of birth in the appropriate fields. The Place of birth field is a drop down. Click once in the text box and a list will be displayed.
  4. Choose your country of origin and click on the Continue button.
    The How can we reach you page is displayed.
  5. Complete the fields taking note that the Country field is a dropdown.
  6. Click on the Continue button. The Set your password page is displayed.
  7. Enter a strong password, select the checkbox provided you agree to the terms and conditions, then click on the Continue button.

A pop-up is displayed requesting the six-digit code that was just sent to your mobile:

Enter the requested code and click on the Continue button.
A pop-up is displayed confirming the creation of your account:

A verification message is sent to your registered email address.

Click on the Continue button and select the Yes radio button when prompted about using the account for business purposes:

Click on the Continue button.
The Create business account page is displayed.

You have to enter your company’s country of incorporation, Legal Name and Trading Name.

You continue by typing the Registration number (or VAT if eligible for your company), Date of Incorporation, you select the business type, the Merchant Category Code and click continue.

Select the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions once you have read and agreed with them.

The Transactional Information page is displayed.

Choose the most appropriate options from the Source of funds, Monthly value of transactions and Number of transactions per month.
In the Maximum single transaction field, enter a figure for the forecast highest amount for a single payment in future sales.

Click on the Continue button.
The Headquarters Address page is displayed.

Complete the fields for your business address and click on the Continue button.

A popup will be displayed telling you that your account is ready. Click on the Continue button.

The Add associated people for [business name] page is displayed. Fill in the associated people information

You can now log in to your account.
