To order Viva Wallet employee debit cards you need to be the account administrator or a designated user who has been assigned card management privileges. To proceed:
Log in to your account to display your dashboard.
Click on the Order button below the image of the Viva Wallet debit card:
The card ordering page is displayed.
3. Select the name of the employee who will receive the card or add it to the list by clicking the "Add User" button
4. Select the delivery address of the card or add a new address to the list by clicking the "Add Address" button. Then click the "Order" button
The card selection page is displayed.
5. Choose one of the two options (normal or express activation) and click on the Order button:
In case you choose via courier, then enter your mobile phone in the required field.
The envelope preview page is displayed.
6. Check the address is correct and click on Submit Order.
A message is displayed confirming your order.
