Viva Wallet employee debit cards are activated by each employee after he / she has logged in to the company's account with his / her own credentials.

How can I activate my employee debit card via browser?

  1. Click on the Activate Existing Viva Card.

2. Add the last 4 digits of the 16-digit card number and activation code.

You can find the above details as shown below:

4 last digits of the card:

Activation Code:

3. Click on "Activate Card". The card has just been activated and its available balance can be used.

How can I activate my employee debit card via Viva Wallet App?

  1. Log in to Viva Wallet App.

  2. Swipe the card icon to the right and select "Already got a physical card? Activate it here".

3. Add the last 4 digits of your 16-digit card number and 10-digit activation code.

4. Click on "Activate Card". The card has just been activated and its available balance can be used.

💡 Useful Information


Alternatively, the 4 digits of the card (Α) and the activation code (Β) can be found on the back side of the envelope where the card is embossed.

What does the error code mean that appeared when I was trying to activate my card?

If you tried to activate your card but an error code appeared, check the following table:

DISPLAY REASONS 

11051

  1. Incorrect entry of activation code  

  2. Attempt of activating an account of another country

  3. The card is: Active, Expired, Locked, or Cancelled

11052

Incorrect entry of the last 4 digits of the card

11053 

  1. You are an employee user of the account, without the card admin role

  2. You are an employee user of the account and you are trying to activate a business debit card 

  3. You are the account administrator and you are trying to activate a personalized employee debit card (employee)

11054

Card activation is not available in your country

11055

Other employee's details have been entered when ordering the card

11056

The card is already activated in another account

11066

The account does not support the "Virtual Card Creation"

11067

Valid activation code & last 4 digits but card is created for another country code

11068

Valid activation code but card is already activated

3717

The duration of the code you received to activate your card via SMS has expired

What are the usage limits of the Viva Wallet employee debit card?

The employee can use the available balance of the employee debit card that has been charged by the company.
