In order to change your E-mail, please follow the steps bellow:

  • Log in to your Viva Wallet Account.

  • Select Settings and Profile.

  • In Business Account Contact Details, select Primary E-mail and write your new E-mail into the field.

  • Save your change, by selecting the green symbol.

At this point, you will receive a notification E-mail containing a link to your new E-mail address, which you will need to click on in order to confirm the address.

By following the same process, you can modify the System Notification E-mail if you wish.

If you use the same E-mail address in another business account, the E-mail will change there too.
