How can I accept payments online through your platform?


There are several options on how to accept payment online through viva.com:

  • E-commerce plugins: Integrate your shop on an e-commerce platform with viva.com by using one of our e-commerce plugins.

  • Online checkouts: Integrate your online store with viva.com by using one of our online checkouts.

  • Payment tools: Accept payments online even without having an online store, by using one of our payment tools.

  • Online marketplace: Set up the payments of your online marketplace using viva.com

  • POS API integration: Connect an app or ECR to a POS with our POS API integration.

  • Web API integration: Create custom payment solutions by using the viva.com Web API.

Is it compulsory to open a viva.com | Account to connect my e-shop with viva.com?

Yes, in order to connect the viva.com platform and your e-shop, you must create a viva.com Business Account.

Are payments received through my e-shop secure?

Viva.com complies with all PSD2 transaction security protocols, so as any customers’ payments remain secure in whichever Checkout solution one might select.

In order for my e-shop to have the 3D Secure protocol, do I have to take any action?

By using viva.com's solutions for e-shops, you automatically have access to a 3D Secure protocol without taking any further action.

In which currencies can I accept payments via my online store?

Card payments by your customers, can be accepted in any currency and the amount will be converted to your viva.com | Account currency with the card schemes' daily exchange rate.
