What is the Card Expenses report?
The Card Expenses report appears on all Business Accounts that have Employee Cards.
With the Card Expenses report, you can see all transactions made with Employee Cards.
There is also the possibility to select a maximum time period of 30 days and receive in an excel file the list of card transactions.
To save the Monthly Financial Statement, follow the steps below:
1. Login through selfcare to your Viva Wallet acount, select “Reports” on the left-hand side, and click on “Card Expenses".
2. On the next page, choose the time range that you wish to receive the statement from, with a maximum period of 30 days. Click on "Download" and get statement in .xls format.
