If you wish to cancel your card order, you should first check whether the order has been charged by following this process:
Log in to your Viva Wallet Account.
Select from the Menu on the left Accounts or Account (for employees).
Indicate the Primary Account and select Details on the right.
Find the transaction with the description Viva Card Order Fee - Viva Wallet Card Commission, as shown below:
If the charge has been completed, then it is not possible to cancel the order.
