In the instance of theft or loss of your card terminal, you will need to contact our customer support via email at from your registered email address or via live chat.

The statement you submit by email should indicate that you wish to disable your terminal due to loss or theft. Your request should also include:

  1. The name and VAT number of the company.

  2. Your registration mobile phone number.

  3. The card terminal serial number (if you don't know it you can check the email you received when ordering your card terminal).

  4. Details of loss/theft (When and where).

  5. Attached official police loss or theft declaration document (optional).

For the status of your request, you will be informed by email to your registered email address.
