I've been robbed/lost my card terminal. What am I supposed to do?

In the unlikely event of theft or loss of your card terminal, you should reach out to one of our representatives. You should indicate your wish to disable your terminal due to loss or theft.

Your request must also include:

  1. The name and VAT number of the company.

  2. Your registered phone number.

  3. The card terminal serial number (can be located within your viva.com αccount under Sales → Physical Payments → Card Terminals menu).

  4. Details of loss/theft (When and where).

  5. Attached the official police loss or theft declaration document (optional).

For the progress of your request, you will be informed via Ε-mail to your registered E-mail address.
