In the unlikely event of theft or loss of your card terminal, you will need to contact our customer support via our live chat or via E-mail at email@example.com from your registered E-mail address.
The statement that you will submit via E-mail should indicate your wish to disable your terminal due to loss or theft.
Your request should also include:
The name and VAT number of the company.
Your registered phone number.
The card terminal serial number (can be located within your Viva Wallet account under Sales → Physical Payments → Card Terminals menu).
Details of loss/theft (When and where).
Attached the official police loss or theft declaration document (optional).
For the progress of your request, you will be informed via Ε-mail to your registered E-mail address.
