In the unlikely event where a customer has passed away and a terminal return is needed, you will need to contact our customer support via live chat or via E-mail at, having in both cases the death certificate at your disposal.

The statement that you will submit via E-mail should indicate your wish to return the terminal, as well as to deactivate the deceased's account.

Your request should also include:

  1. The name and registered phone number of the customer.

  2. The name and VAT number of the company.

  3. Your name and phone number (of the applicant).

  4. The model and serial number (SN) of the card terminal. Attached the death certificate.
