In the instance where a customer has passed and a terminal return is needed, you will need to contact our customer support via email at or live chat, having in both cases the death certificate.

The statement you submit by email should indicate that you wish to return the terminal as well as to deactivate the deceased's account. Your request should also include:

  1. The name and phone number of the registration of the customer.

  2. The name and VAT number of the company.

  3. Your name and phone number (of the applicant).

  4. The model and serial number (SN) of the card terminal.

  5. Attached the death certificate.
