If you tried to activate your card but an error code appeared, check the following table:
Incorrect entry of the last 4 digits of the card
The card is already activated in another account
Card activation is not available in your country
Other employee's details have been entered when ordering the card
The duration of the code you received to activate your card via SMS has expired
If you checked the above table and did not find the error code, you will need to contact our customer support via live chat or by sending an email to email@example.com from your registered email, so we can assist further.
