I have been charged a subscription which I have canceled. What should I do?

If you have given your approval for a recurring charge (subscription), which you have canceled, you will need to contact the merchant via email. If a resolution is not achieved, then contact us via the live chat option, in order to send us the transaction receipt so to cancel the subscription.
