Yes, it does. If you wish to reserve an amount from your customer's card via Web POS, kindly follow the steps below:
Log in to your business Viva Wallet Account
Select from the Menu, Sales and Virtual Terminal
After reading the warning that appears, select Yes to indicate that you have understood and accepted its content.
Fill in the required fields and select pre-authorized amount
Afterwards, the following options are provided:
Cancel the transaction from the Sales menu and the amount to be unfrozen.
Make a partial or total charge of the amount through the Sales menu.
