Yes, it does. If you wish to reserve an amount from your customer's card via Web POS, kindly follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your business Viva Wallet Account

  • Select from the Menu, Sales and Virtual Terminal

  • After reading the warning that appears, select Yes to indicate that you have understood and accepted its content.

  • Fill in the required fields and select pre-authorised amount

Afterwards, the following options are provided:

  1. Cancel the transaction from the Sales menu and the amount to be unfrozen.

  2. Make a partial or total charge of the amount through the Sales menu.
