Even though I have uploaded all the requested verification documents, the procedure is still pending. Why is this happening?

Once you have uploaded all the required documents, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Viva Wallet Business Account

  2. Select Settings and Profile

  3. Locate the pending field and proceed with the required actions

Note: To initiate the verification process and for the button Submit for approval to be activated, all the fields need to be completed.
