If you are the business owner, select the 1st option from the following screen of your device and Continue.

  • Viva Wallet POS allows you to complete the connection process, in two ways:

  1. Either through the Viva Wallet application, if it is installed on your device

  2. Or through instructions, without the Viva Wallet application

Installed Viva Wallet App

If the Viva Wallet Banking app is found on the device, you follow the steps below:

  • Select Launch Viva Wallet app

  • Enter your Viva Wallet password or log in with the Face ID

  • If more than one business accounts are available, select the account you want to connect.

  • Select Confirm

  • Wait a few minutes, and your device is ready to use!

Uninstalled Viva Wallet App

  • Enter your Viva Wallet credentials and select Log in

  • Select the business Viva Wallet account you wish to connect

  • Select the business Viva Wallet account you wish to connect and Continue.

  • Wait a few minutes and your device is ready to use!

In case you do not already have a business Viva Wallet account, the application guides you to create it as shown below:

  • Enter your mobile phone number, select Continue and follow the registration steps

In both cases, if during activation the device's permissions need to be activated, you should follow the screen below to enable them.
