Merchants operating under 1 SIRET (physical location)

If you are utilizing the Tap on Phone feature and operate under 1 SIRET (physical location) you will be automatically enabled to accept Cartes Bancaires scheme.

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Make sure you are using the latest Viva Wallet POS app version (4.7.3 and above)

  2. Update your terminal’s parameters following the path; Viva Wallet POS app → Settings → More→ Update

Merchants operating under multiple SIRETs (physical locations)

If you are operating under multiple SIRETs (physical locations) will have to additionally link each ToP terminal with your associated SIRET.

NOTE: In case you are a new merchant, you will be activated to Cartes Bancaires scheme one working day after the completion of your registration to Viva Wallet.

In more detail,

In your account, select Sales > Physical Payments > Card Terminals

Locate your ToP terminal, and click on Edit on the right-hand side

In the popup window, please select the Source and the SIRET Number

Thereafter,

  • Make sure you are using the latest Viva Wallet POS app version

  • Update your terminal’s parameters following the path; Viva Wallet POS app → Settings → More→ Update

In the event that any of your operating addresses is not successfully verified for the given SIRET (or/and you face difficulties to accept Cartes Bancaires) you will have the option to appropriately correct them and associate them with the SIRET.
