Navigate to the payment table of your application on Market Pass | Vouchers.gov.gr and locate the entry for each payment e.g. "Apr 2023". In case the specific payment has the status "PENDING - IN PROCESS BY BANKING INSTITUTION" and 10 working days have elapsed from the date of execution of the payment, you will need to contact Viva Wallet's customer service, exclusively for voucher cards from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 PM, in the following ways:
