In case you wish to change the mobile phone number that you provided in your application for the issuance of the Market Pass digital debit card, you will need to contact the Market Pass program operator over the phone at 210 - 2156327 or at email@example.com.
User with a Viva Wallet account
In case you want to change the mobile phone number to which your personal/professional account and Market Pass privilege account is linked, please follow the steps below:
Login to your account from a browser.
Select Settings and Profile from the Menu on the left.
Navigate to the Login Details click Change next to your mobile phone number.
Enter the 6-digit confirmation code you received on your old mobile in the corresponding field and tap Continue.
Enter the new mobile phone number in the corresponding field and tap Verify.
Enter the 6-digit confirmation code you received on your new mobile phone in the corresponding field and tap Change.
Your mobile phone has changed.
You will now log in to all your accounts (personal and/or other business accounts or the Market Pass digital debit card) with your new mobile phone.
