Upon completing the registration process, you will be instructed to start the verification process within your Viva Wallet business account (selfcare).
For business account in Italy, you may continue with SPID/CIE, the local service provider so as to transmit automatically some of your personal/business details.
This process is optional.
To do so, you should follow the steps below (optional):
Click on "Continue to "SPID/CIE" and you will be redirected to the provider's site.
Accept the terms and conditions.
Choose the authorization between SPID or CIE.
SPID
1. Select the provider that you wish to proceed with.
2. Type your respective credentials.
3. Authorize the access (where applicable).
4. Give your consent for the transmission of the data shown and complete the process by signing the electronic document.
5. Finally, you will receive an E-mail with the signed document from SPID.
You will then be redirected to your Viva Wallet business account to continue the verification process by uploading the remaining required documents.
CIE
1. Select the authentication method.
2. Type your CIE number.
3. Complete the authentication process as per guidance.
4. Review your details.
5. Confirm the completion of the process.
