If you have signed up as business in Sweden, you will be asked to upload the below documents, depending on the legal entity of your business:

TYPE OF PROOF

ACCEPTED DOCUMENTS

ELECTRONIC ID

For Electronic ID you must:

  • A. Accept Terms and Conditions & Provide E-Signature

  • B. Check Requirements screen & Document Upload

  • C. Unassisted Video process

Accepted Documents are:

  • National ID, OR

  • Passport, OR

  • Residence Permit

RESIDENCE ADDRESS

Upload ONE of the following:

  • Government-issued ID showing local address, OR

  • Utility bill, OR

  • Tax notice, OR

  • Rent receipt, OR

  • Title deed, OR

  • Recent bank statement from a Swedish bank

BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT

Upload the following documents:

  • Certificate of registration from the Swedish Companies Registration Office (not older than 18 months)

UBO DATA

Upload the following documents:

  • Proof of Identification

  • Proof of Residence

REPRESENTATIVES

Upload one of the following documents:

  • Certificate of registration

  • Equivalent authorising document, e.g. power of attorney or equivalent foreign documents

Proof of Ownership

Upload the following document:

  • Extract from the UBO Registry

Economic profile (additional Proof)

Upload the following documents:

  • The last audited financial statements, if available (bokslut / årsredovisning) OR

  • The latest management accounts
