How to verify your Viva Wallet account from a web browser

To use your Viva Wallet account, and start accepting payments, you should firstly verify your identity by uploading the required documents.

To start the verification process for your Viva Wallet account, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account from a browser by clicking here.

  2. Select from the Menu, Settings and Profile.

  3. Choose the “Verify” option to begin the process and upload the proofs asked.

  4. Once you verify your identity and upload all the required documents within your profile, we will start the review process which takes 1 to 4 working days.

💡 Useful Information!

To initiate the verification process and for the button Submit for approval to be activated, all the fields need to be completed.

You will be notified to your registered E-mail address, upon successful completion of the process.

What document format do you accept?

We accept specific file size limit and format for each uploaded document. Each attached document:

  • Should not exceed 8 MB

  • Must be in the format pdf/jpg./png. and/or doc

Make sure that your file does not exceed the limit of 8 MB and has the appropriate format.

My documents are not verified

We remind you that we need 1 to 4 working days to review the documents you have submitted. Make sure that you have uploaded all required documents. We will update you to your register E-mail the process is completed (successful review of articles or rejected documents).

My documents are rejected

In case of a document rejection, you will receive a notification via E-mail to your registered E-mail address.

You may find a detailed guidance next to the rejected document in your profile page by clicking: Profile ➜ Settings upon login via browser to your Viva Wallet account.

Why you need to complete the verification

According to current legislation, a special regulatory framework has been established to protect users, secure transactions, and the financial system.

Viva Payments needs to confirm the validity and accuracy of the information you enter, through the verification process.

Even though I have uploaded all the requested verification documents, the procedure is still pending. Why is this happening?

Once you have uploaded all the required documents, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Viva Wallet business account

  2. Select Settings and Profile

  3. Locate the pending field and proceed with the required actions

I cannot complete the verification process. What should I do?

If you experience difficulties with the verification process and cannot submit the documents required for your Viva Wallet account, you need to contact our Customer Support Team to further assist you.

I have inputted wrong data. What should I do?

In the event that you mistyped any personal data e.g., wrong tax identification number, or wrong address, you need to contact our Customer Support Team to further assist you.
