What is the video ID field appeared in my Viva Wallet account?
In order to verify your Viva Wallet business account, you need to complete the Video ID call step in the verification page. This type of verification requires an active camera on your device and access to microphone.
In case no camera is detected, the system informs you to complete the process from another device through Viva application.
To complete the video call process, follow the steps below:
Select the Country that issued the ID document
Choose the ID type
Enter/ Review and edit the ID number if you have updated
Click on the action button "Start Process"
The system will connect you with a Viva Wallet representative and during the video you will be guided to:
Display the document for the required photos
Hold the registered mobile number for an OTP verification

Greek Viva Wallet accounts
7 days a week
Monday to Friday (workdays)
I accidentally ended the video ID call, by closing the window. What can I do?
In case the call has been ended inadvertently, you may repeat the process once the option becomes enabled on the verification page of your account.
I lost my connection and I cannot restart the process. What should I do?
In the event that you experience difficulties with the Video ID process and cannot restart the Video ID, you need to contact our Customer Support Team to further assist you.
I do not have a camera on my computer. How can I complete the verification process?
To complete the verification of your Viva Wallet business account, it is mandatory to complete the video call verification therefore you may use any device that has a camera feature.
