Offline payments are transactions that are processed through viva.com | Terminal app when the app is unable to connect to the internet. This could be due to a lack of internet connectivity or an unstable connection. When viva.com | Terminal is in offline mode, stores the transaction is stored locally on the device. Once the connection to the internet is reestablished, stored transactions are processed and finalised.
