To accept an installment payment on the viva.com terminal, you must first enable the Installments option from the "More" menu at the bottom right of your screen. In the "Checkout Options" submenu, find the "Installments" option and slide the toggle to the right.

Select the "Installments" option from the main charging menu to charge a credit card with installments.

Enter the total amount, and the cardholder will swipe their card. Then, you will input the desired number of installments.

The transaction is completed, and the customer's receipt will display the total amount as well as the number of installments.
