What does the error code I received when I tried to activate my Business Debit Card mean?

If you have tried to activate your Business Debit Card and have received an error code, please check the table below to identify the issue:

ERROR CODE

DISPLAY REASONS 

11051

  1. Incorrect entry of activation code  

  2. Attempt to activate an account in another country

  3. The card is: Active, Expired, Locked, or Cancelled

11053 

  1. You are an employee user of the account, without the card admin role

  2. You are an employee user of the account and you are trying to activate a business debit card 

  3. You are the account administrator and you are trying to activate a personalized employee debit card (employee)

11054

Card activation is not available in your country

11055

Other employee's details have been entered when ordering the card

11056

The card is already activated in another account

11066

The account does not support the "Virtual Card Creation"

11067

Valid activation code & last 4 digits but the card is created for another country code

11068

Valid activation code but the card is already activated

3717

The duration of the code you received to activate your card via SMS has expired
