If you tried to activate your Employee Debit Card but an error code appeared, please check the table below to identify the issue:
Incorrect entry of the last 4 digits of the card
Card activation is not available in your country
Other employee's details have been entered when ordering the card
The card is already activated in another account
The account does not support the "Virtual Card Creation"
Valid activation code & last 4 digits but the card is created for another country code
Valid activation code but the card is already activated
The duration of the code you received to activate your card via SMS has expired
