If your terminal is not charging, follow the instructions below according to your model to identify and resolve the issue.
Removing and Cleaning the Battery:
Carefully remove the battery and clean its pins
If there is a sticker on pins of the battery, remove it.
Testing Without the Battery:
Connect the terminal to the charger without the battery and try to turn it on.
If it turns on:
Insert the battery and try to charge the terminal.
If it does not charge, contact customer support for further assistance.
If It Does Not Turn On:
For A920, A910, A77, D200 Terminals (with USB port):
Try changing the cable and outlet. Insert the battery and charger and attempt to charge the terminal.
If it does not charge, contact customer support for further assistance.
For S900 Terminals:
Check the cable and see if the charger light is on.
If it does not charge and/or the cable is damaged or the light does not turn on, contact customer support.
For Datecs and A50 Terminals:
Check the Cable and Power Supply:
Ensure that the cable and power supply are properly connected and that there are no damages.
If the terminal does not charge, contact customer support.
