If your terminal is discharging very quickly, follow these steps:

  1. Check Charging Time:

    • See how long it takes for the terminal to drop from a full charge to 20% battery.

  2. What to Do:

    • If the discharge occurs in less than 5 hours, contact customer support for assistance.

Ciontek Terminals:

Since Ciontek terminals allow the installation of additional applications through the Google Play Store, battery consumption may increase if many applications are left open simultaneously.

Install the latest version of the viva.com terminal app and close any applications you do not need to use daily.

If the problem hinders your daily use of the terminal, please contact customer support for further investigation.
