Printing Issue - Faded Receipt

If your terminal's printer is producing receipts that are faded or barely visible, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

After turning off and unplugging your terminal:

Check Thermal Printing Ribbon

  1. Confirm Proper Placement: Check if the thermal printing ribbon is correctly installed.

  2. Repositioning: If the ribbon is not properly positioned, reposition it correctly. Scrape the outer edge of the ribbon with a metal object to see if the receipt darkens.

  3. Contact Customer Support: If the issue persists after repositioning, contact customer support for further assistance.

For S900, S800 Terminals

  • Take a Photo: Take a photo of the receipt and send it to us via email or chat for further inspection.

For A920, A910, A80 Terminals

  1. Printing Settings:

    • Go to the menu: System > Settings > Printer.

    • Change the print quality to high.

  2. Test Print: Try printing a test receipt.

  3. Take a Photo: If the print quality does not improve, take a photo of the receipt and send it to us via email or chat for further inspection.
