If the screen is blank or broken: Please contact customer service immediately for further assistance.
White Screen
If the screen is white: Restart your terminal.
If the problem persists, note the model and serial number of your terminal.
Specifically for the following models:
Terminals S900 / D200: Serial numbers starting with 5B or 5D (not 5A).
Using Viva Wallet SIM
If you are using a Viva Wallet SIM:
Turn off the device.
Remove the SIM card and clean it.
Reinsert the card and turn the device back on.
If the problem continues, please contact customer service.
Using Another SIM
If you are using another SIM card:
Turn off the terminal.
Remove the SIM card and turn the device back on without it.
If the problem remains, please contact customer service. If you see the message “Network Error,” there is no issue with the connection. Set the terminal to Wi-Fi and contact your SIM provider to report the problem.
