How can I deposit funds to my viva.com | Account?

In order to deposit/add money to your viva.com | Account, you should follow the instructions below:

  • Login to your viva.com | Account via a web browser.

  • Select the Deposit option on your Account homepage.

  • Click on  Bank Transfer.

  • Select the account you want to deposit the money into.

Then, you need to provide to the originator the following account details:

  • The Βeneficiary Νame, as shown in the account details

  • Τhe IBAN

  • For UK: The Account Number and the Sort Code – the unique code that identifies the Bank

When will I receive the money into my viva.com | Account?

Normally it takes 1 to 2 business days for normal incoming bank transfers.

If the transfer has been made with SEPA Instant Bank Transfer method, then funds will be credited to your viva.com | Account within a few seconds.

How can I recall a bank transfer order from another bank to my business viva.com | Account?

In this instance, and if the amount has not been credited yet to your business viva.com |  Account, you will need to contact the ordering bank directly (from where the transfer order was initially issued), in order to inform you of the required actions.

I did not receive an incoming bank transfer. What should I do?

Be advised that it takes 1 to 2 business days for normal incoming bank transfers to be credited to your viva.com | Account.
